Scott Danziger

The front office for small trade businesses.

I set up and run the phone, text and scheduling work that one- to three-person home service businesses lose while the owner is on a job. No new app to learn. You keep your calendar and the way you invoice.

A missed call, handled

  1. A homeowner calls. The owner is under a sink and can't answer.
  2. The phone assistant picks up, takes the name, address and job.
  3. It books an open slot on the owner's calendar and confirms by text.
  4. The owner gets a one-text summary of the new job.

Illustrative example of how the service works.

What's included

Each business gets its own setup, configured to how it takes jobs.

Missed-call answering
When the owner can't pick up, a phone assistant answers, collects the caller's details and books them in or passes the lead along.
Customer text replies
Incoming texts get a prompt, accurate reply, and the owner is alerted to real jobs and anything urgent.
Booking
Appointments go straight onto the owner's existing Google Calendar, checked against it at the moment of booking so nothing double-books.
Reminders and on-my-way texts
Customers who agree to texts get a reminder before the visit and a heads-up when the owner is on the way.
Review requests
After a job, customers are invited to leave a Google review. Every customer gets the same request.
Estimate follow-up
Open quotes get a few polite follow-ups, then stop.
Seasonal reminders
Past customers who opted in hear about seasonal maintenance at the right time of year.
Weekly scorecard
A short Monday text with jobs booked, completed and reviews requested.
A website with a request form
A simple site where customers can see the services and send a job request with photos.

How it works

  1. A short call

We go through the services you offer, your hours, your service area and how you like to be reached.

  2. I set it up

Your business number, phone assistant, texts and calendar booking are configured and tested before anything goes live.

  3. It runs

You keep working. You get a text when there's a job to act on, and I handle changes and upkeep.

Texting and privacy

Text messages are sent on behalf of each business only to customers who agreed to receive them, for example by ticking a consent box on a request form, texting the business first, or saying yes to a text confirmation on a call. Consent is never a condition of service.

Read the Privacy Policy, the Terms & Conditions and the text opt-in page.
